30 Days Of A Gluten-Free Diet • LIFE/CHANGE
Living a gluten-free lifestyle can be a challenge, but it doesn’t have to be. With a few simple changes, you can make the transition to a gluten-free diet easier and more enjoyable. Here are some tips to help you get started on your journey to a healthier, gluten-free lifestyle.
1. Educate Yourself
The first step to living a gluten-free lifestyle is to educate yourself about what gluten is and how it affects your body. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye, and barley. It can cause a range of symptoms, from digestive issues to fatigue. Learning about the different types of gluten-free foods and how to prepare them is essential to living a gluten-free lifestyle.
2. Stock Up On Gluten-Free Foods
Once you’ve educated yourself about gluten, it’s time to stock up on gluten-free foods. Many grocery stores now carry a wide variety of gluten-free products, from breads and pastas to snacks and desserts. You can also find gluten-free products online. Make sure to read the labels carefully to ensure that the product is truly gluten-free.
3. Plan Your Meals
Planning your meals ahead of time is key to staying on track with a gluten-free diet. Make a list of gluten-free meals that you can make ahead of time and freeze for later. This will make it easier to stick to your diet and avoid the temptation of eating something that contains gluten.
4. Get Creative With Your Recipes
Living a gluten-free lifestyle doesn’t mean you have to give up all of your favorite foods. Get creative with your recipes and find ways to make them gluten-free. For example, you can use gluten-free flours to make pancakes, muffins, and other baked goods. You can also use gluten-free pasta and noodles to make delicious dishes.
5. Find Support
Living a gluten-free lifestyle can be difficult, especially if you’re the only one in your family or circle of friends who is doing it. Find a support group or online community of people who are also living a gluten-free lifestyle. This can be a great way to get advice and support from people who understand what you’re going through.
6. Don’t Give Up
Living a gluten-free lifestyle can be challenging, but it’s important to stay motivated and not give up. Remember that you’re making a positive change for your health and well-being. With a little bit of dedication and perseverance, you can make the transition to a gluten-free lifestyle easier and more enjoyable.

Gluten Free food in a CARDBOARD BOX I class as processed and it does not compare to freshly cooked. I am now completely grain free and I feel better for it. See Dr Peter Osborne here on YouTube.
What the 'expert' failed to say: Some people become quite ill when first on this diet.
Some people feel nothing for quite some time.
Many people feel More tired at the end of the first month. This improves.
So, come on, do a good review.
It is not a weight loss diet.
The specialist I saw said it takes up to 2 years of continuous improvement, gradually tapering off towards the end of the two years.
Gluten has plagued me and ever since I cut it out in 2008, my life changed for the best! Joint pain, depression, anxiety, loose stools all gone!
I’ve dedicated my channel to sharing gluten free recipes complete with macros and nutritional info! Hope my channel helps someone!
If I could choose to eat gluten, I would. When I eat gluten I feel like crap, have a very upset stomach, get congested, brain fog, joint pain, and very itchy. I often get hives, or full blown body hives when I ingest gluten, dairy and eggs (all give me allergic reactions to some extent). Eating gluten free when you don't have a gluten intolerance or wheat/yeast allergy of some sort is expensive, boring, and silly.
I fear to have this disease as I really love food with gluten, I have some symptoms but nothing like skin rash or stomach pain.
Lol Megan rapinoe twin
i dont think its a gluteen free product fareal they all fake nothing in a box is gluten free and if they say it is its gonna make u sick another way because its gonna mess up your heart because it has a lot of fat in it
I love it when people do a "challenge" to eat gluten free. The rest of us with a real allergy get the eye roll in restaurants because of idiots like you. Been Glutened at restaurants no one takes this seriously. So thanks for that. 🙄
it takes the body 3-4 months to eliminate gluten. 1 month isn’t going to cure a lifetime of bombing your intestines with gluten
makes me so happy that buzzfeed had mass layoffs after watching this. what obnoxious people
Laughs in stomach processing issues
late to the game but I have non celiac gluten interlace.. I have an umbrella of symptoms… hand rashes (i thought were from cleaning products), muscle twitching ( i thought was an electrolyte imbalance from living in the desert) vomiting, mood swings, paranoia, excessive thirst.
I went Gluten free and it CHANGED MY LIFE… but not only am I allergic to gluten, my body mistakes ALL prolamins for gluten.. so I'm allergic to wheat, rice, oats, barley, rye, and corn.
I can only have meat, veggies, fruit and some dairy. But i feel great
As someone with celiac disease (a strict gluten free diet) There is ZERO Health Benefits from a Gluten Free diet. The only health benefit comes if you have Celiac Disease and MUST stop
Psychic medium told me I had a gluten intolerance and that was the reason I haven’t got pregnant. So I’m excited to try this diet. I’ll do everything I can to be a mommy ❤ also fast forward it’s been two weeks and I have lost weight , my skin looks healthier and I have a little more energy.
I have Celiac and I have no energy, almost non-existing eating habits and all cake taste like cardboard or cheese.
I just wanna stop the diarrhea and bloating. If I have a slice of pizza I literally have to stay by a washroom for rest of the day. Cheeseburger? A week lol
I am gluten free and I am 8 years old I’ve had it for 3 years and it actually is really fun 🤩 I can see what foods are gluten free!
I am not diagnosed with gluten allergy or anything but I have recently developed keratosis pilaris on my arms(raised skin colored bumps) they are not that much noticeable but you can literally see they are raised in sunlight. I m so insecure about it… I developed it after I waxed my hands too frequently or may be it is an actual allergy I m so confused if I should go gluten free or not!
I have celiac desiase
this is not a joke, i quit glutten ten minutes ago and i already feel my anger going away, i didnt even scream at the ad this time 🙂
For those who don't have a gluten sensitivity/intolerance, celiac disease, or a wheat allergy of course it won't make a difference. There's no reason one should consume gluten-free free procuts because it makes no difference to those who don't suffer from these conditions.
I'm doing FODMAP/elimination diet right now and gluten is something that always triggers my IBS symptoms. Since going gluten free, although it's been hard, I find that my stomach is more calm. No bloating, no cramps, no gas.
Going gluten-free is often a REQUIRED lifestyle change, not a desired one. It's not fun because we miss out on the social aspect of food and yes it makes life more difficult. That being said, I have to do what I have to do to keep a healthy gut and have an overall happier life instead of being hunched over for hours if not a day because I ate something my stomach doesn't agree with.
Listen to your body. It'll tell you what it needs or doesn't need 👍
Can’t have gluten because of my Endometriosis 🙁 but on the plus side I eat whole foods and feel really good, I also never bloat even after a big meal anymore 🙂
I'm glutenfree
I know this is just advertisment. But for some like me, who got their life completely destroyed by gluten… Average person have no CLUE how much damage the do to the body by eating this artificial trash that is gluten.
I'm currently trying a gluten free diet and its really not that bad. I shop at publix and never noticed that they have gluten free stickers next to the price tabs so its very easy to find gluten free alternatives. Depending on the brand, chips are gluten free. But you also still have fries, they also have gluten free chicken nuggets/tenders, pizza, pasta, mac and cheese. Almost everything has an alternative.
Rubbing it in our faces for those of us that are required to be gluten free. Ouch…
Lol hillarious
Going gluten free helped me because I have celiac disease, hashimoto's, fibromyalgia, chronic pain/inflammation, ibs and gerd and it helps me and has helped me with all these things. I did lose weight going gluten free, but that is because I went from eating very unhealthy to eating healthier foods, eating out less, cooking with real fresh foods more and eating more plant based and less processed foods, more whole foods, plenty of people gain weight going gluten free depending how someone does it.
Thought this was gonna be a video for celiacs, not a negative video about our lifestyle.
People who go gluten free as a fad diet make it difficult for the rest of us who have Celiac disease. Once the sales go down at the grocery stores the products are pulled from the shelf. 😑 Even though there's a small percentage of us who actually need these products
