Strecthing to relieves uncomfortable stiffness
Head inversion and Vitamin D help pulling blood to your brain, reduce brain fog.
Exercise will give your muscle fatique which is uncomfortable to carry it for entire day.
So I will exercise in the evening instead.

no I have been walking 1 to 3 miles every day for 25 years it has not improved my brain .It does help stress and anxiety and i have never worked out first thing in the morning .Every one is different find what works for you i am 63 years old and have stayed active my entire life

Novelty is the best. If you simply exercise on a treadmill there’s nothing new. While you need to be more alert when you exercise out in the open. And of course not sticking to same route all the time is better.
