I just discovered your content and my hair is brown, thick, wavy, and gets knotted VERY easily, there are so many things I do that now I realise I shouldn’t. Two examples are the conditioner shouldn’t go on your scalp. Like I didn’t know that! And that’s why my hair looks more greasy. Another one is the brush one. I had no idea that I should wash it because of all that. Now I will start doing that all the time. I am going to follow you and hopefully I will see some changes.
