My name is John and I am a former overweight person who has successfully lost 135 pounds in the last two years. I am here to share with you my diet plan and the meals I eat in a day that helped me achieve this amazing transformation.
I started my journey to a healthier lifestyle by making small changes to my diet. I began by cutting out processed foods and added more fruits and vegetables to my meals. I also started to drink more water and cut down on sugary drinks. I also started to exercise regularly and incorporated more physical activities into my daily routine.
Breakfast
My breakfast usually consists of oatmeal with some fresh fruits and nuts. I also add some almond milk to make it more creamy and delicious. I also like to have a cup of green tea with my breakfast. This helps to kick-start my metabolism and gives me energy for the day.
Lunch
For lunch, I usually have a salad with some grilled chicken or fish. I also add some nuts and seeds to my salad for added nutrition. I also like to have some fresh fruit as a snack in between meals.
Dinner
For dinner, I usually have a stir-fry with some vegetables and lean protein. I also like to add some quinoa or brown rice to my stir-fry for added nutrition. I also like to have a glass of red wine with my dinner.
Snacks
I also like to have some healthy snacks throughout the day. I usually have some nuts, seeds, or a piece of fruit as a snack. I also like to have some dark chocolate as a treat.

It would be SUPER HELPFUL if you showed your what-you-eat-in-a-day meals in SINGLE PORTION SIZES- and we can adjust from there based on how many are eating. That is a HUGE issue for me-eating correct portions!
