THAT'S IT
Jason Kilderry does an excellent job discussing the importance of health by exercising and nutrition. Some things that I found interesting was some of the research he had done. 1.5 billion people or more than are over weight in the world is a huge number. I think that something important that he talked about was how many of these people that are overweight don’t realize that a lot of what they’re eating is unhealthy. He gave a perfect example of the man who thought that because he was ordering a fish sandwich at McDonalds that that made it a healthy choice. I agree that if more people were simply educated on what was healthy and what isn’t, that that would help a lot more people to make healthy eating choices, or at least limit the amount of unhealthy eating choices that they make.
I want to further what Mr. Kilderry was saying by focusing on the ethics value of utilitarianism. Utilitarianism is an ethical theory that determines right from wrong by focusing on outcomes. It is a form of consequentialism. This view holds that the most ethical choice is the one that will produce the greatest good for the greatest number. As part of this view, educating people on how to change their diet would help them to change their lifestyle and reduce weight. If you can teach someone about calories, diets, and healthy eating choices then you can teach them for life on how to eat healthy. Mr. Kilderry stated that on average people spend less than 20 minutes in the kitchen per day. If people were educated on how unhealthy fast foods are, and how they could cook for themselves more often with healthy options, it could make a big difference in a person’s everyday diet.
One thing that I disagreed with Mr. Kilderry on was his statement that it isn’t helping people if they go and exercise and then spend 9 hours sitting for the rest of the day. He claims that this undos the good of the exercise they just did. While I agree that it would be better for people not to sit around as much, I think that his big focus was on making little changes step by step to see a difference. If people are making a step by step change, then going out and exercising for them 10 minutes a day is a great goal. If people are already sitting around for 9 hours a day, then any amount of exercise is going to help them. I think he proposes two things at once: he wants people to exercise and stop sitting around. I think that the small step solution would be to pick one or the other and focus on that until you see a change or are ready to do more steps. Just getting people who don’t exercise to get out and exercise can be a big commitment. Overall, I think Mr. Kilderry does a great job at teaching people the importance of nutrition and healthy eating.
Interesting facts
We people can be healthy…….we have to work for our health…….cities are not like villages……….its easier to be healthy if you live in a village…….than if you live in a city. The idea is not to stay in the house too long. People that live in a village work outside many hours a day. Ecology in the city can help us a lot. Care of a garden, cleaning near the house, fruits daily in the diet…. wearing in the house a T-shirt instead of a blouse during spring, autumn, maybe even winter ….. paying attention to what activities we have to earn money….. and a good relationship with family, friends……….all these can help us to be healthy and happy

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRASS IS FOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, and it's everywhere , grows evenly , self replicates rapidly , contains pure sunlight energy !!! It can survives freezing , burning , overgrazing and trampling , even in infancy ! Eating grass fixes blood , if you fix the blood , that fixes almost anything ! You just have to adjust to eating it ! =) As for vitamin C , there is much more Vitamin C in the peels of citrus than in the fruit – try eating small amounts of clean lemon peels instead of throwing them out when you use them , same goes for all citrus . I reduced my blood sugar by half , lost 30lbs. in 5 months and feel 20 again – all by eating grass . Oh , and CUT MY FOOD BILL by 2/3rds !!! YOU CAN TOO ! A close friend overcame leukemia on this advice . I'm not selling a thing . This information is so powerful it can only be gifted. Please share !!! There is no super food more power than eating raw grass . The bacterial odor when released is the most concentrated energy in creation . It is only present and cannot exist for long after the live leaves are crushed , this is what you smell when you crush mint, basil ,or cilantro as well , which I highly recommend eating at least one ounce of per day , especially if edible grasses are difficult to find near you . ( I find cilantro to be the least expensive real food at any supermarket in the US ) . Most of the bacterial sunlight dies in milliseconds , so it must be crushed with your teeth – which is why juicing is pale by comparison to just eating the plant , it has to be absorbed in the mouth . Then , I believe it travels at the cellular level though the body and passes out through the pores where it re connects to sunlight and forms the correct vitamin D . Furthermore , these phytonutrients can't be combined with anything , so don't mix these odorous greens when consuming them .
As for grass . Grasses massive roots allowing it to obtain more of the earth than anything . Consume phytonutrients they are the food from Star Trek ! =) God Bless – Carl
Please give me a chance to grow
Its great how he informs us
No credibility at all; no science, just opinions. Just because he’s a survivor, doesn’t mean he knows anything, let alone anything worth spreading.
