The Reasons Behind Quitting
There are a variety of reasons why people may choose to no longer follow a vegan diet. Some of the most common reasons include:

- Nutritional deficiencies: A vegan diet can be difficult to maintain nutritionally, as it can be difficult to get enough of certain vitamins and minerals. This can lead to health problems, which can be a major deterrent for vegans.
- Social pressure: Many vegans find that their friends and family do not support their lifestyle, which can make it difficult to stay vegan.
- Cost: Eating a vegan diet can be expensive, as many vegan foods are not widely available or are more expensive than their non-vegan counterparts.
- Time: Preparing vegan meals can be time-consuming, which can be a major deterrent for busy people.

What is surprising to me is not that these people have gone from one diet to another. I would expect that from the average human. When you switch to a new medicine/supplement/diet the placebo effect kicks in, but it fades. Then when you switch to something new it kicks in again.
What is surprising to me is why anyone with half a brain would follow some other person who knows no more or even less than they do themselves. Learn how to tell legitimate studies and trials from bull-pucky: children. Learn how to read and parse scientific papers on health matters and give up the idiot gurus and "influencers". If you are influenced by an influencer you are basically an imbecile.
Date is 4/21/23 America and the rest of the country is all vegan you guys can now rest forever. Great work yall
The only true reason why someone stop being vegan is social disconfort other than that its just made up excuses.
Feather filled couch?????? 😮
Disappointed in Miley Cyrus. There are vegan omegas! 😢
I tried a low histamine/low lectin diet which helped me clear out allergies
Your stance on eggs is silly. I have raised my own chicks from my eggs for many chciken generations now. They are very happy chickens and I'm sure they dont mind me taking the eggs. What would they want them for? Do you hire unnecessary employees for your channel? (Trick question your whole channel is unnecessary) because a farmer has to pay for the animals on farm. Keeping dozens of roosters around is costly and morally wrong. Ever seen a cock fight? Pretty sure they would rather a quick death rather than being gang beat by the rest of the roosters. Then I can eat said rooster, not wasting it. Reality is not always nice and often hard, but your make believe world is much worse.
B12, d3, heme iron and creatine have no plant sources…you are only lieing to yourselves vegans
It's nice how we live in a world where you don't need to make choices for yourself, everyone else can do it for you and you will accept it or you are wrong.
I can understand being vegan can be a bit hard in western society, but there's ABSOLUTELY NO reason to not be vegetarian.
Being vegan is overrated….cringee
Me and my friend went vegan at the same time. We have plenty of money to buy whatever healthy foods we could with the knowledge and reserch to succeed. She thrived, and I didn't. I did it 5 years she did it 15 years. I'm white she's black. We have very different genes. We wonder if that has anything to do with it. After quitting vegan I recovered. She stayed on this diet and seemed to thrive but now has rheumatoid arthritis, … at 36 now… hmmm I couldn't think straight, no sex drive, I couldn't put weight on, I had chronic liquid stools. Thank God you zealot vegans don't affect me. I'm so glad I'm healed and enjoying life again no thanks to yall. Nothing wrong with veganism if that's what you wanna do. But zealot vegans can eat rocks.
I just wanted to point out that the only troll on these comments was a woman trying to debunk veganism with the argument that animal tallow used to make technology possible… Therefore we're not vegan…. Her logic is going to just debunk all our vegan asses back into the stone age… 😅
THANKS for having a fellow Canadian, Plant Based doctor on the channel!🇨🇦☺🇨🇦
As someone who lives with Crohn’s disease and Lupus ~ I found my friends and myself struggled with meat and dairy, when omnivores. My parents tell me of stories, about how I would complain about “tummy aches”, and would avoid meat products as much as possible! My father was a hunter, and both parents enjoy meat and fish still, but find it difficult to digest, and choose to eat a Plant Based Diet when staying with me. They both have more energy and feel physically better, when they stick to a Plant Based Diet! They both have arthritis and have had heart bypass surgery, so they feel it very acutely!
If anything…meat causes both me and my Crohn’s friends great gut distress – often leading to intestinal blockages, which in turn lead to emergency surgery. If you have never had your intestines chopped up, resectioned and sutured, then an OSTOMY (a bag put on your side for collection of waste) – I am THRILLED to hear so! But, for those of us who have endured this process, and struggle every single day…do EVERYTHING we can with our diet to remove as much PAIN and future surgery! For us, remaining meatless and dairy-free has made a massive difference in our lives!
I also adore animals, and have rescued many wild and domesticated breeds. But, my main point was to address this from a personal, medical experience. Combine minimizing my own personal suffering with that of animals, and it leads me to a Plant Based Diet…junk food free of course!
I wish everyone a great week!🐾🇨🇦🐾
the real reason = food addiction
All you do is judge poeple, this no love to others, how you going to bring poeple want to be vegan, that why there so many hate in the world.
you can not get B12 from plants
Miley Cyrus doesn’t know what she is talking about.
So they quit because they want to be healthy more than to fallow some mainstream moral issue? Good for them.
Plants make me incredibly ill. One piece of beef has so many vitamins and minerals. We don’t eat enough fat for our brains. Our first food, breast milk, is carnivore.
How many animals do you think die everytime a field is cleared? Hundreds to thousands. One cow can feed one human for a long time. Just buy from ethical farmers
I've struggled for years to become vegan/vegetarian, mostly from fear of not eating enough and from food intolerance of many fruits and veggies – and all these confusing data! But one day I saw a short documentary about how meat is so important for some population groups just about to slaughter a lama. I saw the animals eyes, body language and just stopped. COULD NOT EAT ANYMORE MEAT. That image will never leave me. Ever. Today I was in doubt and confusion again, turned on the computer, went on youtube, saw a video about B12 AND the very same situation of the Lama just about to be killed. That helped, I tell yah. That poor Lama saved my sanity in this world of confusion. I eat what I can since my food intolerance is as of now, still bad from jojo eating foods but it will get better. Next is a short fast and only eat the fruits I tolerate, and also – NO MORE COFFEIN!! Makes my blood pressure go havoc!! Keep eating, friends, do what you know is best staying vegan. It will get better 🥰😇and also asa side note: my mother and her sisters (long dead now, I am 60) was brought up on farm animals, all in all home made/cooked foods, jams, milk etc during the 30's and 40's – all of them died from severe complications of cancer, goiter, and what not…they were sick over and over agan and lost several of their teeth. Today when I see heavy meat eaters, I see discomfort, abnormal sweating, heat palpilations etc. I tried the meat diet. EVERY time I got 100% constipated and started to sweat heavily. The advice I got was: eat more fruits and fibers! 😁On fruits – the ones I can eat – I ALWAYS feel fresh, no deodorant needed, people! Light, energy to run even (??)! So try it! it is worth it 😋
There could be more factors than observable, as to why these folks are turning carnivore: 'working' for covert groups earning very good income to switch from Vegan to Carnivore, they 'like' eating animals, OXALIC acid (in whole grains), etc.
I'm very much interested in finding out more about Oxalic Acid and it's harmful effects on certain people.
Ban Slaughter
The earth is a cruel place and you cannot deny what you are forever, you will also flip one day, because as cruel as it may be, your body (machine) was designed to consume others to sustain optimum health, and if you don't, your quality of life and health will suffer. Just the way it is, deny it all you like, it will catch up with you.
