FYI, the best and tastiest way to get form-fitting tortillas, either corn or flour. Put a skillet on the burner, add oil of your choice, I prefer extra virgin olive oil, heat it to a hot temp, and drop the tortilla into the pan. 4 seconds on both sides, pull out and shape and add filling. Delicious and fast.
The hardest part of cooking is gathering the ingredients. The second hardest is figuring out what to do with left over ingredients. The third hardest is washing all the equipment and dishes.
