Haha I love how he adds bacon to ribs, there's no second best
Head chef always said to use the cheapest wine😅
They smell………………….. …incredible
I ❤ this recipe
Gordon yes found an old butcher shop yesterday 🎉bought two. This is going to be a good recipe thanks
Since when are short ribs a cheap cut? Lol
This is probably the best easy recipe I've ever cooked. It's simple, beef, garlic, wine and stock. And it's pretty much perfect. Like chicken with 40 cloves of garlic, will always be something to return to when you crave classic food.
The key to this is to wear a jock strap while cooking. It will really add to the vibes which translates into better cooked meat which translates into a giant dump
Gordos looking young! Oh right …
When I make this, my braising liquid at the end is separated — there’s a clearish-orange oil and then clumps of thick brown sediment. Does anyone know why this is or how I can end up with a solid, consistent sauce like what he gets in this video?
I am making this! I was going to make them a whole different way, but nope!!! I’m doing exactly this!!!
How in hell he advertise for Hexclad pans and he uses Mauviel 😅
Everything but the bacon looked good
Next to my Austrian Chef who trained me over 30 years ago, you, Gordon, are my champion.
Cheap cut?? Almost £10/kg
im assuming hes refering to 170-180 celsius because in his cookbook with the same recipe it says 325 degree Fahrenheit
Marathon Watching 3/25/23 Gordon , you are the Masterchef…😊❤
Bonjour monsieur Ramsay a quand le sous titrage en Français SVP, c'est dommage, merci de tenir compte.
Mañana las prepararé para invitar a mis suegros a comer
WTF is up with the way he talks? Season the beef beautifully?? Salt is beautiful? Hmm. Okay whatever man.
I am sorry, but ew. Short ribs do NOT need all that stuff. They don't look very appetizing to me.
Aww, the beef ribs are tender. The poor bastard couldn't spew "crispy!" his usual 45-60 times. He still got in one, and one "crisp". At least there weren't any "literally"s. Excuse me, "lih-TRULLY".
Foff Gordon. The bone doesn't impart flavour.
shame they are now expensive
Does anyone know if he refers to 180°C or 180°F?
This turned out wonderful Gordon, thanks!!!! Was looking for something other than BBQ and these turned out superb.
I tried this today. The flavor was great but the meat came out a little on the cheery side. Not sure where I went wrong.
170 to 180 degrees f or c ?
“Don’t use an expensive bottle of red wine”
PLEASE USE $30 AND UP BOTTLES. Inexpensive to Ramsey is just that.
Wow this was unbelievable! Thank you!
Does he says how long in the oven? I didn't hear any reference as how long!! any help? Any Idea?
Wish me luck as I’m going to be making these for our dinner tonight. Our 22 year old daughter is giddy with happiness as she’s never had short ribs in her life and she has today off from work.
The way he talks about his food u just know he loves this industry so much!
Going to make this with a roasted garlic and Parmesan cheese mash 🤤
He said 160 or 170, that’s degree c right?
Cut up chuck roast into large chunks can be substituted. The chuck is right next to the ribs on the cow
What can I use as a red wine alternative
I was so embarrassed when I asked for a cheap cut from the butcher..
Is the oven temp celsius or fahrenheit
