Making Realistic Embroidery for the First Time
Embroidery is a great way to add a unique touch to any project. Whether you’re making a quilt, a pillow, or a piece of clothing, embroidery can give it a special look that will make it stand out. But if you’re new to embroidery, it can be a bit intimidating. Here are some tips to help you get started making realistic embroidery for the first time.
Choose the Right Fabric
The fabric you choose for your project will have a big impact on the look of your embroidery. If you’re going for a realistic look, you’ll want to choose a fabric that is lightweight and has a tight weave. This will help ensure that your stitches stay in place and don’t get lost in the fabric. You’ll also want to choose a fabric that is easy to work with, such as cotton or linen.
Choose the Right Thread
The type of thread you use for your embroidery will also have an impact on the look of your project. You’ll want to choose a thread that is strong and durable, as well as one that is the right color for your project. If you’re going for a realistic look, you’ll want to choose a thread that is the same color as the fabric you’re using.
Choose the Right Stitches
The type of stitches you use for your embroidery will also have an impact on the look of your project. If you’re going for a realistic look, you’ll want to choose stitches that are small and neat. Some of the most common stitches used for realistic embroidery are the backstitch, the stem stitch, and the satin stitch.
Practice, Practice, Practice
The best way to get better at embroidery is to practice. Start by practicing on a piece of scrap fabric before you start your project. This will help you get a feel for the stitches and how they look on the fabric. Once you’re comfortable with the stitches, you can start on your project.
Take Your Time
Making realistic embroidery takes time and patience. Don’t rush through your project, as this can lead to mistakes. Take your time and make sure each stitch is perfect before moving on to the next one.

Your attention to detail and precision in stitching is impressive, and I can't wait to see what other beautiful creations you come up with in the future.

Hola
Спасибо за умиротворяющее видео. Это очень красивый фильм.
"corte ao redor da folha pontilhada"
Why did you use your needle to scratch the project? Dust/lint/hair? I cant see why with just looking and cant really see anything online
Oh wow, that amazing feeling of the first fill in happening feels just as good watching someone else do it haha
I love to see other people using the needle to make their loops smaller as they make a knot near the base of the work. NGL I thought it was just something I did because I didn't know a better way but Ive seen a lot of people doing this so I assume this is actually a very useful technique. Personally, I always knot my work because I hate loose strings, but never knew anyone else did the tightening of the loops with their needle like that like I do until very recently!
Це неймовірно прекрасно!
If you sell it, how much
This can't be your first time… i mean like this is so beautiful.
It's amazing. :3 <3
WOW!
Que delicadeza por Dios!!❤ me encanto mucho

Beautiful, but a few thoughts. Why wouldn't you add the names of the stitches or even number of threads you use to the video? Or the DMC floss numbers? And I'm sorry, but there's no way in heck that's this person's first crack at realistic embroidery. The setup alone screams professional.
