Tofu Recipes I’m Currently Obsessed With

Tofu is a versatile ingredient that can be used in a variety of recipes. It is a great source of protein and can be used as a meat substitute in many dishes. I’m currently obsessed with tofu recipes because they are easy to make, healthy, and delicious. In this article, I will share some of my favorite tofu recipes that I’m currently obsessed with.

Tofu Stir-Fry

This is one of my favorite tofu recipes because it is so easy to make and it is packed with flavor. To make this dish, you will need one package of extra-firm tofu, one tablespoon of sesame oil, one tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of rice vinegar, one teaspoon of garlic powder, one teaspoon of ground ginger, one teaspoon of sugar, one cup of diced vegetables (I like to use bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms), and one cup of cooked rice.

First, drain the tofu and cut it into cubes. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook for about five minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and sugar. Stir to combine and cook for another two minutes.

Next, add the diced vegetables and cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally, add the cooked rice and stir to combine. Cook for another two minutes and then serve. This dish is delicious served with a side of steamed broccoli or a green salad.

Tofu Tacos

Tofu tacos are a great way to enjoy a vegan version of a classic dish. To make this dish, you will need one package of extra-firm tofu, one tablespoon of olive oil, one teaspoon of chili powder, one teaspoon of cumin, one teaspoon of garlic powder, one teaspoon of onion powder, one teaspoon of smoked paprika, one teaspoon of oregano, one teaspoon of salt, one cup of diced tomatoes, one cup of cooked black beans, one cup of shredded lettuce, one cup of shredded cheese, and eight taco shells.

First, drain the tofu and cut it into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook for about five minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, and salt. Stir to combine and cook for another two minutes.

Next, add the diced tomatoes and cooked black beans. Stir to combine and cook for another two minutes. Finally, assemble the tacos by adding the tofu mixture, lettuce, and cheese to the taco shells. Serve with your favorite toppings, such as salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.

Tofu Scramble

Tofu scramble is a great vegan alternative to scrambled eggs. To make this dish, you will need one package of extra-firm tofu, one tablespoon of olive oil, one teaspoon of garlic powder, one teaspoon of onion powder, one teaspoon of turmeric, one teaspoon of nutritional yeast, one cup of diced vegetables (I like to use bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms), and one cup of cooked rice.

First, drain the tofu and crumble it into a bowl. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the crumbled tofu and cook for about five minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, and nutritional yeast.
