My Hair Care Routine for Healthy Hair
Having healthy hair is something that many people strive for. It can be difficult to achieve, however, as there are so many different factors that can affect the health of your hair. From the products you use to the way you style it, there are many things that can contribute to the overall health of your hair. That’s why it’s important to have a good hair care routine that you can stick to. Here is my hair care routine for healthy hair.
Washing
I wash my hair every other day with a gentle shampoo and conditioner. I make sure to use a shampoo that is specifically designed for my hair type, as this will help to keep it healthy and looking its best. I also make sure to use a conditioner that is designed for my hair type, as this will help to keep it hydrated and nourished. I always make sure to rinse my hair thoroughly after washing, as this will help to remove any product build-up.
Styling
When it comes to styling my hair, I always make sure to use a heat protectant before using any heat styling tools. This will help to protect my hair from any damage that could be caused by the heat. I also make sure to use a wide-toothed comb when combing my hair, as this will help to reduce any breakage or damage. I also make sure to use a leave-in conditioner after styling, as this will help to keep my hair hydrated and looking its best.
Treatments
I also make sure to give my hair regular treatments to keep it looking and feeling its best. I usually do a deep conditioning treatment once a week, as this will help to keep my hair hydrated and nourished. I also make sure to use a hair mask once a month, as this will help to keep my hair healthy and looking its best.
Protective Styling
I also make sure to use protective styling when I can. This means that I will use styles such as braids, buns, and twists to keep my hair protected from the elements. This will help to keep my hair healthy and looking its best.

I'm not a cosmologist but I've always wanted to be one.
I already knew this from the start.
Ever since I was three years old I've always been interested in hair care.
Now I do my own hair and my hair is flourishing.
Love how you explained everything in detail. ❤
Love that you understand that girls with thick hair need to blow dry. If I tried air drying, which I tried doing for months, my hair literally takes hours and even then is only slightly damp – not completely dry. My hair is also so thick that if I leave my hair wet it's so heavy and I get the worst headaches.
Thank you for this video. I found it really informative and easy to follow. Your tips are practical and seem doable, even for someone like me who isn't very knowledgeable about hair care.
do these tips work for bleached hair as well?
I’m about to chop my hair to start again and take care of my hair

The soul that sees beauty may sometimes walk alone.
Can I just say thank you? My hair has been a frizzy mess for as long as I can remember, I've tried so many different methods and products it was just ridiculous. I tried your tips, it's only been 2 weeks and I'm in awe of how not-frizzy my hair is. Mids-ends are soft and in order, roots are a little frizzy still but less so than before. Your tips have been like a godsend, thank you, really, it worked wonders for me.
You have fine, thick, and wavy hair?? Finally I’ve found someone who has my hair type 😭😭😭 Once I save up more money I’m definitely coming back to try this cause I want to improve my hair so bad
What is your hair cut
recently i got a mielle bottle and only used it once, i shower and shampoo my hair a couple times a week. i dont use conditioner for some reason. but ive been wanting to do more to care for my hair and i feel like this channel is good. i have thick curly redish brown hair. im growing it out and its at my shoulders now. i have been keeping it all natural with no coloring or bleaching done and no heat has been used at all since its been cut all the way off. my mom is a professional hair stylist and i may be getting a smoothing treatment done in about a week. for about a few months while it has been growing i feel like i havent done the best with it bc of me tying it up most days and have been twisting it tight with my fingers. im trying to stop and to take action to make sure itll grow in better and just be healthier. i want to grow it all out to about my chest. im a trans girl and havent started estrogen yet. sorry that ive been rambling, but if anyone has any advice or anything. id appreciate it. ill be watching this channel so i can learn more and over time have better hair. i think thats all.
this was so informative thank you so much!
If I washed my hair twice and then used an exfoliater my hair would unalive itself. I do not produce enough oils, or get product build up to need to do that. I literally don’t use any products after the shower. My hair hates it. For people like me, shampooing twice is a bad idea.
Witch oil did u use please??
