Haircare Tips I Wish I Knew in My 20s (Part 2)
As we age, our hair changes and so do our haircare needs. In my 20s, I wish I had known more about how to take care of my hair and how to keep it looking its best. Here are three more haircare tips I wish I had known in my 20s.
Tip 1: Use a Clarifying Shampoo
One of the most important haircare tips I wish I had known in my 20s was to use a clarifying shampoo. Clarifying shampoos are designed to remove buildup from styling products, dirt, and oil from the hair. This helps to keep the hair looking and feeling clean and healthy. I recommend using a clarifying shampoo once a week to keep your hair looking its best.
Tip 2: Use a Deep Conditioner
Another haircare tip I wish I had known in my 20s was to use a deep conditioner. Deep conditioners are designed to penetrate the hair shaft and provide extra moisture and nourishment. This helps to keep the hair looking and feeling healthy and strong. I recommend using a deep conditioner once a week to keep your hair looking its best.
Tip 3: Use Heat Protectant
The last haircare tip I wish I had known in my 20s was to use a heat protectant. Heat protectants are designed to protect the hair from the damaging effects of heat styling tools. This helps to keep the hair looking and feeling healthy and strong. I recommend using a heat protectant every time you use a heat styling tool to keep your hair looking its best.

“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”
2 Peter 3:9 NIV
ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame”
Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.””
Luke 19:10
God wants us to believe in His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins 😀 When we truly believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins so we could have eternal life with God, we are saved from the eternal fire and have eternal life in Christ Jesus!! 💖 May God bless you all! 🕊💗
50 to 150 strands im sorry you want me to count them
She has a weird face. I can't!
If my hair becomes any thicker, I won't be able tie it back or really even brush it well
I actually had really frizzy dry hair until I started washing it with hot water—I have super low porosity hair that I’ve healed and regrown from heat damage, so my hair cuticle is super flat. Only washing all hair regardless of hair type and porosity status with cold water can cause products to not absorb as well with low porosity hair. I hope this helps anyone with a similar experience!
I'm genuinely curious what the age demographic of this video is because most of these commenters have absolutely no idea what "avoid" means and how perfumes and alcohol works.
Your not in your 20s anymore🤯
Who put perfume in their hair??
Let me count the strands on my shower to make sure it's between 50 to 100.
Rosemary oil is amazing. Been using it on my scalp for over 6 months and my hair feels so much stronger.
what serum are you using?
It contains *chemicals*. Love the accuracy on the internet. Not just repeating things they heard in another post.
Wow, you are very very beautiful 💞
Is a conditioner the same as a hair mask?
When you post a video, don’t list the products, and ghost people in the comments 💀🤡
Merci
I had been able to get rid of my TMAU (Body odour ) and Excessive sweating when I used ‘ Dr.uwenboherbalhome ‘ Body odour, hyperhydrosis, Acne , dry skin and skin disease treatment on youtube. I cured myself naturally when I used herbal medicine and a natural diet protocol for a couple of weeks.. Now I have so much confidence because I could be around people without having to worry about anything or been embarrassed about my smell.. DR.UWENBOHERBALHOME is the real deal..

If you want your hair to smell good use a good smelling conditioner, shampoo and dry shampoo
I used to only shed a hair or two in the shower when I used to straighten it but now that I’m naturally curly I have to wet detangle gel which makes me loose half my hair in the shower
the temperature of the water doesn't modify the healthcare of the hair
My hair is so thick and grows quite quickly that im ok with not having serum. I don't want it to get thicker lmao

who puts perfume on hair??? ☠️
"IN my 20s", so now you are 100? And is so big difference? What silly content! I had the most beautiful hair in my 20s, probably because I was young. I used whatever I had in those days. Now that I use the most sophisticated care product, a wonderful Parlux dryer, I still do not have the same quality. Why is this? Because I am getting old but not older (20' vs. 30).
i thought warm water is good for hair:/
wait so is my hair falling out cuz of perfume
Just don't give a sh about hair
Life's easy
