This is really hard to listen too. Just got out of an anxious/avoidant relationship. But this is helping me.

Loved it, many thanks 😊
Seems I have a bit of all three attachment styles. I can’t imagine it being easy for people dealing with me….
I know how it's going to go already, it's going to be a guy with 4-5 kids and he's going to tell me how nice I smell.
Thank you so much for giving access to such an amazing information.
I have to admit I had such a gap in my heart and my mind after my last relationship. Especially because as a physician, I try to understand “the why” to “solve it” and “get better” and just could not get it.
The examples when explaining about the match “anxious plus avoidant” partnership was extremely accurate to what I lived and now everything makes sense.
I did well leaving and he was just how he is, understandable.
I feel I have found the little piece I needed to finish the puzzle. Thank you so much and thank you so much for investing your precious time researching about such an important subject.
Always grateful, congratulations and success! ❤

is this legal?
Learned so much!!! I enjoyed it!
Let me tell ya the fearful avoidant sure seems available in the beginning. Then once you’re hooked they pull away like you don’t exist. This stuff is very real. That woman broke my heart. It was devastating. I have completely disappeared now. I’m done, gone, bye. Would have done anything for her and that’s exactly why I got pushed away. Isn’t that great
I remember hearing about being more of a secure attachment for my ex who is avoidant/abuser. It doesn’t work. If he is an abuser nothing will make him change. They don’t see you as people, they see you an property. Be careful of those avoidant cause they could be an abuser

Thank you, this is valuable information and I needed to hear this. It's been very educational and informative. I wish I'd learned this in my 20s.
A Great breakdown
I’m 5 hrs in and one thing that stands out is that if your anxious get a secure partner and if your avoidant get a secure partner, don’t change just get ☝️. Lol 😆 good insight but honestly this is very surface level, very interesting and true, but it’s important to know your attachment style but it really depends on what phase in life you are in…. Because we can change our attachment find our core wounds and heal. That is my advice because I’m an anxious/avoidant trying to heal from CPTSD. My ex I believe was anxious and he never vocalized his needs and neither did I. But when you know better you do better.

Life changing book
This book it’s such a blessing! I was physically and emotionally abused as a child. I’m single and I get attached to man that seem to be genuinely interested in me, and appear to be secure and independent, they show me genuine attention, but after a few dates of strong interest and intimacy well… they end up with the “I got a lot going I can’t offer much, keep me in your wheelhouse tho, you are an amazing woman” I’m left feeling sad, flawed and rejected. I feel like It’s all my fault. Thank you for this book it’s been such an eye opener, Im on my way to recovery.
