Three ingredients…. Except at least one of the “ingredients” is some highly processed thing out of a packet or a jar that probably has dozens of ingredients including loads of artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and a ton of salt. Might as well feed your kids junk food from McDonald’s for three meals a day, all this processed stuff is just as unhealthy.

I would use low-sodium stuffing if you can find it. The older I get, the more salt I taste in food and we don't need it anyway.

Also with a family emergency and low finances you have made it possible to make sure that while we have the girls on an off week we can make sure their tummies are happy and full. I love your channel, it means so much if we spend less on food so we can do more fun or useful things with the money we saved. ( like clothes because kids grow so fast 😅)
So my dad always c9oked chicken then mixed it with black beans, corn, Pico de Gallo or salsa then layered the casserole dish with a couple tortillas topped with cheese then part of the mixture, another Tortilla and cheese layer, the other part of the mixture and a final layer of tortillas, cheese, and salsa at 350, I think he'd check it around 30 minutes, sprinkle a bit more cheese and salsa and cook 5 minutes or so more. It was like a quesadilla but casserole style ❤
