There is a colloquialism that I truly like: profession is gold, however wellbeing is jewel. Have you at any point felt your wellbeing is over-burden when you are too centered around work, you are in good company in your life. this conflict. every one of the responses are in : https://handbookofnourishment.blogspot.com/
This is powerful , thanks for laying out such a successful healthy plan . Very grateful
Never listen to registered dietitians, unless you want to be told how awesome vegetables are. Dietitians push propaganda from corporate food manufacturers and the Seventh Day Adventist Church, who was founded by a religious lunatic named Ellen G. White who wanted children and Adventists to avoid meat consumption because they didn't want their children to be sexually active. Dietetic associations all over the world, started by the Church are why we have so much anti-meat and pro-vegetable propaganda. Adventists started Loma Linda University and push plant based, non scientific food propaganda. True fact.
What's the lesson here? Never listen to a young person tell you about health. They don't have the experience to understand what they are talking about. All they know is what they learned in school, which is mostly government, food company and medical industry propaganda.
Be smart and listen to Dr Ken Berry or Dr Eric Berg, older guys if you want to be told the truth about the lies youngsters like this guy push.
I appreciate your work. Thanks so much for a job well done. Can I please have a copy of that presentation ppt
Simple but doesn't address psychology of eating.
