I find it pathetic that TEDx has to include a disclaimer. Perhaps it's because he's not an MD or other scientist. But, this is not some weird approach. The 50+ years of research by Dr T Colin Campbell from Cornell, the 40+ years of research by Dr Caldwell Esselstyn from the Cleveland Clinic, the thousands of case studies in reversing autoimmune diseases done by Dr. Brooke Goldner (which is what this fellow experienced) and on and on. All serious scientists. The data is irrefutable. So is the climate data regarding environmental impact of the meat & dairy industry. It's a bummer, but the data is what it is.
I have been doing it a week, wow. I’m super mellow and more loving, so weird.
best supplement if you do this
What a fuckin cry baby!
Damn, for some reason I can't help but to agree.
Can anyone explain in hindi
I am slowly transitioning to plant-based. I have to meet the cardiologist first. he will help me. I am hoping to get off my blood pressure meds, lose weight and make me feel better and less tired.
❤️💖💟☮️
Thank you for sharing. No meat for 4 months. Feel lighter on my feet, less fatigued all the time, less headaches and anxiety. Loving the new experience and figuring out delicious vegetarian recipes. It's a new adventure and one worthwhile if it contributes to saving a life. It's all about renewed mindset, self-control and seeing the world through the eyes of Christ, with love, compassion and gratitude. ❤
Being one with nature and existing as more of a forager (collecting nature’s bounty without ravaging it) truly has made me a better person. I started as an omnivore and wanted to reduce my meat intake. So I started with processed meats. No more hot dogs or cold cuts etc… Then I cut out pork and beef a year later. I was planning on stopping there and being a “pesce-pollotarian”. However I began to develop an aversion to ALL meat after that. I used to adore salmon and chicken. Now I can’t even swallow them. It turns out “meat disgust” is a real occurrence that is being researched. It often occurs when someone intends to reduce their meat intake. It’s as though my body got a taste of what could be, and no longer wanted to accept meat as edible. Honestly I never intended to stop eating meat completely. But this has been such a blessing ❤ This combined with a daily dose of full-spectrum CBD oil (more of nature’s bounty) and I finally feel like a human should feel, calm, aware, wise and FAR more kind and loving.
Ive been healthy but going vegan made me learn so much more about health so now I know how to stay healthy, what to eat and where my food comes from. Love the planet, animals and love your food
This guy knows nothing about farming
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13)
Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (Matthew 7:13-14)
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23)
Occasionally we do need trust with a great sense of humour to get things accomplished, l have never been convinced there would be a way to eradicate HSV, thanks for curing me Dr Orias and putting hope into my life thank you
………….. 🤞🤞
I’ve noticed that after I eat lobster or crab I get little crabby with people, but hmm! It’s worth it. 🙂
I had the same experience with newfound abundant health except I went from plant-based to carnivore. Go figure.

God will heal us all in Jesus name he is able! may the Lord guide us and walk with us through our journey. we got this ❤
Excellent!!! Thank you
I'll never stop eating meat. I don't think there has ever been even a single meal I ate that didn't have any animal products. I'm in perfect health and shape, I just have no reason to even consider going vegan.
i had a digestive pain all my life i was very embarrassed because everyone can here my stomach i one day became vegetarian and the bloating and stomach voices stopped i now can say that eating chicken and meat is so wrong no offense to anyone but spreading a wrong idea about vegetarian/vegan is bad is totally wrong you can become more healthy if you become vegetarian or vegan you will eat clean food, eating animals its a marketing thing you buy your own poison.
Let me finish that title: A Plant-based Diet Changed My Life For The Worst.
I only eat unprocessed foods now, but I included meats and eggs in my diet. Im considering trying a vegan diet for a week or two just to see if I feel a difference.
Just look at him and listen to him, no sound of manliness at all.
It’s a complete no brainer
You become healthier and you are no longer part of the chain to the murderous act and heinous pain and emotional sufferance those beautiful vulnerable totally innocent animals are subjected to daily .
Yes, being vegan is a no brainer

Going plant based changed my life. It resolved my BP, cholesterol issues, energy etc. It's been a long time now and I've never felt better. The side effect that you're not eating animals is also great for your emotional health
