Acupressure is something I am not knowledgeable about if this is that but what helped me is realizing that I don't have to worry if I make the right choice right now and do that one choice at a time that the future isn't even a fixed reality as though my life of worries were about somewhere that didn't exist and that infact time itself fell apart. Even depression and missing the past don't make sense. This texhnque is mindfulness but I made this with a little thing to understand at least deep down especially when you're here in the now. That the past and future are like faker than unicorns and unicorns I am faithful in that they are somewhere but not past and future. Perhaps whoever reads this understands what I said and use this doctors technique but do not forget to focus on the fixed present moment just no spiritual teacher I know of seems to value the subconscious knowledge past and future cannot be or come unless a new word for now.
