Lol did you hear what they said ?!? Going gluten free can cause nutrients deficiency because it doesn't contain the vitamins B and iron that they HAD TO ADD in wheat. So if you read between the lines, you understand that wheat is not a nutrient dense food but a really poor one so they had to add nutrients in it 😂😅….. A lot of people are eliminating gluten from their diet because it improves their quality of life not to have joint inflammation and a variety of other symptoms. If you give up gluten and whatever symptoms you have go away, that could very well be the cause.

This video is a joke. A real GF diet does not consist of all the prepackaged, processed junk food. You should be eating healthy, whole foods like real fruit and veggies and we get our meat from a local farmer now too. Eating GF junk food is still junk food. (But I do thank God that Hershey bars are Gluten Free, it's a nice treat now and then) As for not getting enough fiber I think the additional fresh fruit and veggies we eat now, instead of Oreos, takes care of that. Again, I have to says "Stop eating junk, processed foods." I have not been to the doctor in 5 years. I stopped going, no help there. 5 years ago I had been to three different doctors, had an invasive ultrasound and nothing. 3 years ago a friend says "go gluten free." I did, it changed my life. I had multiple issues that my mother had. I thought that was just the way life had to be but I no longer have those issues because they are from gluten. Chicken skin, dental problems, rashes, sinus congestion really bad in the morning after eating my mega-dose of gluten foods, severe colds with coughing, (worst at Christmas, of course eating all the junk at parties: cookies, pies, breads) pain in my feet and shoulder (thought I tore my rotator cuff) and heading for diverticulitus like my mom. People, wake up, it's all gone. This is not a fad, it's a better way of life. He explains it all with intelligence and detailed information. And he is against garbage, processed foods.
