You really should use a food-safe grade of plastic or silicone mould, or line that bauble with clingfilm (saran wrap)… Just thinking of your health.
It looks too sweet .
The only thing disappearing here is the intelligence you lost when you thought you was teaching people about how chocolate melts, we all learnt that as kids thanks, how desperate for content and a narrative are you….stupid is as stupid does

Studying in the patisserie subject years ago… And this type of stuff seems simple but it's not… We had to make everything shiny 😭 and if you know what tempering chocolate means 😭 you know the hassle 😭😭
Wayyyyyy too much chocolate 😳
pff I expected something cooler
If you tempter the chocolate it should pull away from the mould more easily, because chocolate shrinks slightly as it crystallizes.
Over a double boiler, heat 2/3 of your chocolate to around 48-50°c, then take it off the heat and slowly add in pieces of already-tempered chocolate while mixing it until it reaches 32°c. Take out any unmelted chocolate and pour, making sure the chocolate doesn’t go below 28° or above 33°c while you’re still using it.
Nowadays everybody are not ready for commitment. U want to indulge in everything, living together bla bla bla… then off to see another one. Hey, no commitment

If you thinking about boys, you are not gay!!!
Proves my theory that lesbians are not real, they are either heart broken, attention seekers or don't feel as if they look good.
You needed a thinner ganache or a diffrent sauce like caramel which is a higher temperature. You ganache was too thick xx
