I’m 74, used to walk my dogs 2 or 3 times a day. Dogs passed away a few years ago. And, haven’t really been as active as I once was. So, now I’m playing catch up, and trying to build up a new walking routine. And get my bone strength back. Thank you for your video, it’s helping me a great deal.

Dear Margaret, please give me your advise. I am 76, have bad osteoporosis. Now am going to start Prolia. My bones are very bad, I used to have fractures of the bones under big toe and under 4th toe. Would you recommend me to do these exercises? Thank you. Victoria
Doing this while eating cheetos. It works.
Margaret, that extremely attractive young blond climbing out of bed had to be your daughter… she has some very lucky genes from her Momma.
What do you think of using ankle weights for the heel raises? Thank you.
Put awey the flowerplant on your staircase, big risk for falling………….
This is a very useful exercise workout. Thank you.
I do love your video and your voice. While the music is fairly low and quite lovely, I personally find it most annoying. I say this with kindness. Please make this video available without any of the music. Thank you for a wonderful video for seniors.
Do you need to warm up or stretch prior to exercising?
would it be a good idea to do squats in a door way facing the latch side of the door? my door frames don't have much to hold on to with the door closed. standing in the door way gives you more to hold on to and something to lean back on if you get unsteady.
Can someone here please provide with the name of the object she is using under her foot in the final exercise? Thanks in advance!
Getting out of bed in the morning.
I thought my life expectancy was 70. I have just turned 81. My business partner is 19 years younger than I. I do the shopping from a list saving money, so I get to do it. I do the washing because I organise it for least time spent on it. Both of these involve constant exercise, going up and down stairs and hills. Hang on, the drier has finished, better empty it NOW!
since 1973 I have always done mine from level to down and back: pulls cal down the leg
Thanks for the exercise
God bless you
