I made the pasta meal so good took 20 minutes done my family was so surprised that the sauce is homemade and I wasn't cooking for at least an hour love the easy meals for sure thanks so much for taking your time to make these videos 😊
You 'sucked' me in with your Short on 'Drop the Store Bought Pasta Sauce' have shared it over and over w FB friends. At 82 I have gone almost completely fresh food only – only Barilla Pasta Plus in various types, rice and dry beans as staples – wasa crackers (I love the crunch) and a good base for so many snacks. These 15 min meals are right up my cooking alley and variants of my current go to meals. Thanks – for all of your recipes and tips. Love your new kitchen and buying a foot faucet pedal for my daughter – makes so much sense! Always have mini sweet peppers; cooked unseasoned beans; and jasmine rice in the fridge – instant stir fry ready w onions etc. I
Not that there's anything wrong with the first pasta recipe, but leave out the onions and add some torn basil instead of parsley and you have pasta allo scarpariello, something Italians have been making for along time.
I keep coming back to watch these videos. So many great ideas. Most of us don't have hours to prep or get dinner ready on a regular basis, so I love how relatable these videos are!
Your dinner ideas are just too impressive i must say i just loved them.. i am an Indian by origin and i am not capable of eating indian meals regularly or even two times a day .. once daily i need something different thanks a lot for sharing your recipes they are gonna be great help for me and a lot of blessings from Planet ayurveda
Please don’t use a high quality olive oil to cook with. Use it to finish. Cheap olive oil for cooking. You lose the expensive flavor when you cook with it.
The recipes don't seem to be on the blog anymore, is it posted somewhere else? I'd love to try them.

To the first dish add some lime juice and Elote spice mix from Trader Joe’s when it’s on the plate. Will elevate the experience I promise you
Those quesidias look so delicious but unhealthy.
Too salty!
Great recipes here and I found more at (a cookbook collector)
What brand of tortilla did you use
More quick meals please! Especially ones kids might enjoy
This takes longer than 15min idiot. Haha
Thanks so much. I was feeling very blah about cooking. (I cook most nights and it’s just become a lot). Your little pep talk at the beginning made me feel better about my efforts 🥺
I proceeded to make your pasta with the ingredients in my fridge and enjoying a new pasta dish! Never had this creamy of pasta before. 😋
Thank you so much! 👩🏻🍳
Cherry tomatoes are not high in sugar but are still much less acidic
15 min is right for penne. It’s the longest boiling pasta.
just shared this with my two daughters and my two daughters in-law…… Well done!!!
Are you frying those quesadillas on medium heat? Wanna make these for a roommate dinner
