I really appreciate this. Due to many reasons, I don't get out much and my life is pretty sedentary. I don't feel good a lot of the time and made it my goal to start moving more. I've played competitive sports when I was younger but at my current age I've been struggling with exercise since the arthritis is just getting worse. Thank you so much for making this video.
