Had to come back, to explain the pds. I started with hasfit in Nov. (2021) and it is March 2nd. So it wasn't a week thing, took me time, but happy to have lost them. I'm not with hasfit for weight, but to keep these bones in movement. They hurt 24/7, but that isn't stopping me. OBTW, I'm 70 yrs young. Love hasfit, 🌹 has been helping me alot. Whew, I just keep going, I do my best, even with my pains. I have to admit, I lost the 8 pds I had gained, I feel better, and happier.
