Does Aerobics Ozstyle know you ripped off their routine almost word for word?

What kind of shoes are you wearing or do you recommend for this type of workout?

i will try this one once
So lovely!
Nice end of the work day routine. Thank you!
PLEASE explain some of the dance steps instead of just assuming everyone knows them before you rush into them at top speed. Also, in places, it would really help if you explain which foot you are going to lead with. You switch without saying.
Exactly what I was looking for! Thank you!!
I'm 68 and although used to be fit and out swing dancing several nights a week but have been lazy for the last 10 yrs. Feeling lousy I came looking for motivation. This is a great "starter" routine for anyone! Pretty much just a warmup for me but at least it's getting me out of my chair, lol.
Nice cool down
I absolutely loved this, thank you! Can't believe I did the whole routine with you. So grateful! Happy and blessed 2023 from sunny South Africa ❤️
I am 84 years old and I have to keep taking a break. First day was 5 breaks, only 4 today.
This is a great workout. I find I like to exercise more to music. Don't feel as tired.
I love music with a contagious beat, that just make you want to dance!
