🔥 day 1: went pretty great had some emotional support from my cat and I pushed through 20 minutes with a bunch of breaks
🔥 day 2: today I tried out your 1000 calorie workout but only made it halfway through. I'm still proud of myself though!!
update: my ambitious self pushed through for 10 more minutes! 🎉
🔥 day 3: I was pretty weak today for some reason I could only push through 14 minutes but I will go on a 15-30 minute jog later this evening
update: I did some muscle exercises but only a bit
🔥 day 4: I took a day off since I went to the trampoline park and got a bunch of exercise there but I had some meat at KFC (tried to restrain from too many carbs so no fries and sauces) when I got home I did a 5 minute workout and then did some of my favourite exercises
🔥 day 5: I put on my favourite music and did some exercises of my own 🙂 worked out my biceps 💪
🔥 day 6: ugly day today. it's gray outside and I had no motivation, only did 10 mins

I’m working out by myself and I’m scared someone’s gonna walk in the room while I am working out. I don’t know what it is about working out but it’s so embarrassing when people catch you working out for no reason😭

Hello
I thought about updating my progress here to know how far I would've come, and to keep myself proud and consistent to keep on going
I wanted to lose weight before our class recognition, it's in 4 months and I hope to at least lose 20kg if possible ( I am currently 63kg)
Day 1: ✅ sweat a lot, had lots of breaks and almost gave up at 15:00 , struggled a lot with exercising
Day 2: ✅ had more sweats compared to before, less breaks and more exercises, less difficulties
Day 3: I didn't struggle a lot, I managed to do up up down down without having way too many breaks, It felt easier to move and exercise.
