This is going to sound odd but one of my favorite comfort foods is plain Cheerios with honey because it reminds me of going up to Vermont when I was a kid and sleepovers with my cousins and we would always have so much fun and in the morning we would have breakfast in our grandmothers house where it would be cereal and some other things it was so much fun now every time I have cheerios with honey it reminds me of those golden days of being a child when anything seemed possible and when and a simple outing with your cousins could turn into an adventure

Ulan adamlar türk yemeğine ermeni yemeği dedi allahimm kafayi yicem ulan ne kultursuz insanlarsiniz hirsizliktan baska bir seyiniz yok kultursuz insanlarr People just watch without knowing anything. What a disgusting thing is that people steal the food culture of another country. Lahmacun is a Turkish dish and belongs to the eastern Anatolian region. Pizza is Italian food. Lahmacun is called turkey pizza. Ingredients vary according to Gaziantep, Diyarbakir and Hatay regions. When Arabs call shawarma, Hatay style doner is made by Germans, but they don't say it is our food, they say it is Turkish food. We are tired of your stealing, respect people's culture!!!!
I'm Dutch, and one of my favourite comfort foods is instant ramen, especially when I stir-fry it with some vegetables of my own choice (usually frozen peas and carrots and occasionally chopped scallions) and optionally some fake meat and add the seasoning to everything in the skillet while it fries up.
I ate a lot of instant ramen when I didn't live on my own yet (especially when I was a teenager and had psychomotor therapy every Saturday, which was always very intense to the point of massive cravings by the time lunchtime was nearby), and it's one of my safe-foods, since I know what flavours and textures I can usually expect from it, and by adding other safe-foods to it in my own cooking nowadays, I'm always happy to expand the dish that way because I occasionally and solely eat it for dinner nowadays, which was what I had wished for so much and often when I didn't live on my own yet, and I'm so happy that I'm able to add my own twists to already-existent dishes this way.

My moroccan comfort food is harira with chebakia. Harira is a chickpea tomato soup that can have meat in it but is usually vegetarian and Chebakia are fried dough strips covered in honey and sesame seeds. The chebakia is a nice sweet palate cleanser between a couple of bites of harira. This dish is usually eaten during Ramadan for the iftar but can be enjoyed the entire year.
I’m from the USA and my two comfort foods are nigiri and wor wonton soup. Nigiri is for when I need emotional support, and I like a mix of salmon, hamachi, and unagi. Wor wonton soup is for when I’m physically sick.
