You can put frozen rice in the microwave for 2 minutes. Also manages to come out like freshly made rice. I lived with a Japanese woman who taught me this trick. Not sure how well it works for frozen fried rice (she taught me to do it with fresh white rice, immediately put in plastic wrap, then in the freezer), but honestly, I figure it would be the same.
Also soups (or probably that curry) could be put in those take out soup containers in the freezer. Pop it in the microwave for a few minutes, or microwave for a minute then dump it into a pot. Alternately reheat it in a pot of hot water like you do with the vacuum sealed bags or ziplocks. Bing bam boom.
For other meals (lazagne, etc), just remove them from the freezer and put them on the counter an hour or two before reheating, or in the fridge the night before, and pop it into the oven (like you would a frozen meal).
Frankly, lots of frozen things can survive a microwaving or reheating in a pot really well! Source? Me.
Freeze all the things! I FUCKING LOVE MAKING GIANT BATCHES THEN FREEZING FOOD. AAAHHHH! Laziness ftw. Is it a frozen microwave meal? Is it homemade? Yes.

Thank you for the recipes Mr. White.
There's a version of this without eggs?
Just fyi. Your meals are not healthy. Healthy is whole food plant based. White bread, not healthy. White rice, not healthy. Animal products, not healthy. Especially unhealthy is eggs and cheese.
