Hello! I am from Ontario, Canada and I found your website on Youtube. I have type 2 diabetes as well as Kidney disease and I am currently on dialysis 3 times per week. I need to loose weight but nothing is working. I do seated exercises and I walk as much as I can inside my home so my mobility is low. Do you think this kind of diet would help me or am I to far gone? Plus the kidney diet is the complete opposite of this kind so I am bit confused. Thank you so much for posting this, it seems like a good start.

I chuckle when people say it's not a diet. Diet has multiple meanings. While it may not be a short term restrictive way of eating for a specific goal (one definition), it technically IS a diet…. the kinds of foods a person habitually eats (another definition).
meeting Dr osoria on YouTube has been one of the best days of my life after years of surfing I have been finally cured from HSV1. thanks and appreciate. #drosoria
My insulin is always high but my A1c is excellent at 5.0. How can that be
This was a great presentation. Terrific overview that covered all aspects of this type lifestyle of eating and it's benefits. New subscriber. I live in FL and am 67. I don't have diabetes and doctor said that I am not prediabetic or insulin resistant. I have a family history of heart disease, dementia, Alzheimer's, breast cancer and Parkinson's disease. Also, my blood pressure is super high and I am about 45 pounds over weight…have been sedentary since retiring in march 2021. Making a concerted effort to change my lifestyle, but am in fixed budget and small RV fridge. I had winter garden last year, which was great for greens. I look forward to watching your other content. Take care

Why are so many registered dieticians fat? Reminds me of when I started in healthcare a half century ago and physicians freely stomped around in the hospitals smoking like chimneys and with big fat bellies…
What about oxalates, lectins, plant toxins? Why do we have a gallbladder? Why is our pH level in our gut 2.0 or less?
She’s working on old datas far as fat’s go it’s the new polyunsaturated fats like canola oil in soy bean oil that really caused the damage and plug up your cells she was doing a little bit more research she find that out
She's not talking about real Whole Food, Plant Based eating. She's talking about some kind of "flexitarian" eating. The diet that has shown such remarkable effect in treating diabetes and coronary disease has NO animal products.
I love this video so much!!! Everything you do is amazing! What is your opinion about supplementation? As a vegan, I have always been concerned about not getting enough nutrients. As I did not find a sustainable supplement brand for vegans I created my own, Terraseed. 😉 I would love to hear your opinion about supplementation! Thanks
