Veganism has become increasingly popular in recent years, with more and more people choosing to adopt a plant-based lifestyle. But what about those who have been vegan for 15 years or more? What do they know that others don’t?

8 years vegan here 💚
i agree being a vegan for 13 years, i get shocked by watching people eating meat, like eating flesh !!!!!
Vegetarian:)
Love these vegan food related videos I vote for lots of what I eat in a day videos🎉
Your food really looks so good, but I have no idea how to cook like that! haha!
My husband and I have been vegan for nearly 6 years at this point. It's done wonderful things for our health and I love the convenience of not having to worry about cross contamination with food. Occasionally we do still struggle from a social perspective with family and when meeting new people. Food culture in our area is most commonly not just not vegan but pretty standard SAD junk. This means many won't try what we make just because it's vegan or contains a vegetable.
We need a video of the meals you cook every week 😊!
Congrats! I have been vegan for 17 years. ✌💗 I went vegetarian 23 years ago. Eating meat is beyond weird to me.
I’m vegan dear. All my vegans friends are online. I’ve never meet someone vegan in reality. Thanks for share this. I admire you a lot and I’m always learning with you!!!! Thank you!
Thank you for sharing! We have been mostly vegan for 3 years and love it, and we
congee! Would you mind sharing your congee recipe? Thank you!
Ah I relate to the third point! I completely forget that people eat meat and dairy – when I see meat in the supermarket I often just subconsciously assume it will be 'fake' meat until I think about it.
I agree. Having a plant-based diet helps our heart be healthy too. It's the most recommended diet for people with heart and circulatory problems. Thanks for reminding me.
I;ve been vegetarian for 10-11 years, and mostly vegan for around 4 years, and my boyfriend sadly eats meat and dairy, and it makes me really sad inside, but there is not much I can do about it, I think pressuring him into anything would not be fair
Hello from Brazil!
I have been vegan for almost 4 years. I feel the same as you, I've never missed meat or cheese, I feel more connected with my body and have more energy. I'm not as aggressive as I used to be, PMS is over and I feel like I am a less cynical person.
Thank you for this video!
15yrs WOW that's awesome 👏 I'm nearly 6.5yrs but unfortunately I do love vegan junk food way to much & I have a food addiction. I'd love to be a skinny fit vegan. Can you please do a vid about being a healthy vegan, kind of like a How To 🙏
The point about dating a non-vegan is so true! I turned vegan midway through my 6 year relationship and to this day it is the thing we argue about the most. Him being a dedicated meat eater and me cooking only vegan, I find myself hoping every day that he would stop eating meat – or at least in our home. But I know that it’s not fair to him either to push my food choices onto him.
Should we ever break up I’m 100% going for a fellow plant eater😅.
Living vegan feels BOUNCY! I love that and I totally agree! 🦩🌱🌺🍉🥦
No vegetarian or vegan coz of intestinal immune disease (I've tried for 3 years before admitting it couldn't work). But I'm still trying to eat the least meet possible, and buy it from local farmers, buy fish that does not come from deep sea fishing… better than nothing :/
Jenny, you are one of the YouTube godmothers who showed me how to be vegan over four years ago when I decided that was how I wanted to live. Your potato salad with strawberries recipe is still a favorite, though I'll admit I usually leave out the eggplant. 😊
I'm vegan since 3 years and the years went by so easily ❤
