These are a good concept but! you need to mention that you need butcher cut thick sliced bacon at least 1/4in. thick. Packaged thick sliced or thin sliced bacon doesn't work. The shot glasses don't form properly and they fall over during cooking.

The only thing I would want to do is pre-smoke my chilies cool them out and then add them to the cheese mixture and then throw that sucker on the smoker.
