I love it! Love the tip of using the flip flap to hide the journaling!
Great job!!! ❤ I have tons of brads!!!! Lol!!! I have like 8 of those old embellishment cases with the little jars filled with all the different colors we use to have…idk why I hold on to all that stuff! I guess I have a problem! 😮
Have always loved Close to My Heart products!!!
Love it!
Using the flip flap to make a pocket is genius!
Love the LO, and the story….SO important to pass down those stories. My mom has recently passed and I have alot of precious pictures, but do not know the stories. SO wish I had those! Thanks for sharing and keeping us inspired! ❤
Love this masculine layout! What a great collection to do this with. Love that your husband has come so far with his career when he hated school, that's def a something to be proud of! As soon as you added the circle elements…BAM! Changed the entire look of the layout…love it! Great way to hide journaling and I love using brads…I have to remember that little trick of adding washi-tape to the back of the layout, mine always gets caught up on the page protector. Thanks for sharing and inspiring and always walking us through your layouts….love, love, love your videos Erin~Kimberly
I love watching your process videos and how you explain design and why things work best with the way you place them. Your tips and ideas have helped me in my scrapbooking journey. Thank you for sharing your talents with us.
Thanks for the inspiration with such a great masculine layout. As a boy Mom myself, this collection really knocks it out of the park!! Can’t wait to get recovered enough from surgery on my retina to dig into this. My hands are itching to cut into these papers, LOL🤣!!
Just amazing as usual!
Do you use a page protector over your page with the pull-up journal card? Do you cut a slit for the tab to pass through?
One of the things that I love most about your pages is your choice of embellishments. Every piece is perfect for the feel of the page! Beautifully done masculine page!
Love this workshop layout ❤ I've had this sitting on my table using pictures of my grandson, great tips to finish it up!
Great layout and I totally agree with you about the importance of documenting our work lives. Using a flip-flap as a journal slide is genius! You continue to inspire …. thanks!
Lol! Still have my Cropadile and all those eyelets 😂! I can really relate to the story about your husband, my son was the same way. As a retired teacher I have seen many children like that, thankfully we as educators understand the different learning styles and classrooms have changed to accommodate that! 😊 TFS Erin! ❤❤
Great layout. I may have to scraplift it. My husband followed the exact same path, smart but more hands on in school. Got into both heavy construction AND he’s a licensed tugboat captain. Worked his way up from the bottom. Sometimes we don’t have to go to college to earn a good, respectable living. 😊 I just love this paper collection and snatched it up immediately!!
A simple layout but so effective in its simplicity!! Definitely good for a man's page!!
Another stunning layout. So love your layouts and the stories with them. They are perfect for my way of scrapping xxx
Great layout and photos! Your husband has a lot to be proud of. Hats off to him for not giving up 😊. Tfs
Remember eyelets before the crop-a-dial? The noise at a crop was deafening! I'll keep them forever.
Your layout and photos are great telling a special story. Stamp set is awesome.
Another great layout. Will be ordering this collection soon.
Erin – I absolutely love your layouts !! You are so talented !! It's so hard for me to wait until the next layout !! I love your work !! Thank you – Kim
Yes! I still have brads, haven’t used them in ages but I will now! Thanks!
I miss brads! They’re so hard to find now.
Erin, what size flip flap did you use? Then what size was your journaling card with the tab? I watched that part twice and was trying to figure out how the pop dots worked.
You are an inspiration! Love this lay out. Thank you for sharing Erin.
Love this
Great layout! Heart-warming story. Thank you for sharing
Very nice layout!
Another great layout, thanks for sharing!
🤩 LOVE IT! I actually really like hard line layouts that are so balanced, but you are so right that circles really soften that up a bit but keep it masculine. I also really like how they play along with the paprika circles on the one patterned paper! So many things to love about this two page spread Erin! Could be recreated in tons of different styles and themes! I might be Scraplifting it one day!
🧡🖤🧡
