Textured Wall Art: 3 DIY Ideas on a Budget (Easy + Minimalist)
Textured wall art is a great way to add a unique and personal touch to any room. It can be used to create a focal point, add texture and color, or simply to add a bit of personality to a space. Textured wall art can be created with a variety of materials, from paint to fabric to paper. Here are three DIY ideas for creating textured wall art on a budget that are easy and minimalist.
1. Paint Swatch Art
Paint swatch art is a great way to add texture and color to a wall without spending a lot of money. All you need is a selection of paint swatches from your local hardware store. Choose colors that complement the room and arrange them in a pattern on the wall. You can use double-sided tape to secure the swatches in place. This is a great way to add a unique and personal touch to any room.
2. Fabric Wall Art
Fabric wall art is another great way to add texture and color to a wall. Choose a fabric that complements the room and cut it into strips. You can then use a hot glue gun to attach the strips to the wall in a pattern. This is a great way to add a unique and personal touch to any room.
3. Paper Wall Art
Paper wall art is a great way to add texture and color to a wall without spending a lot of money. All you need is a selection of paper in different colors and textures. Choose colors that complement the room and arrange them in a pattern on the wall. You can use double-sided tape to secure the paper in place. This is a great way to add a unique and personal touch to any room.

I'm so glad I found your channel, I had saved some photos of artwork similar to your inspiration art but wasn't sure where to start to do it myself. I do have a question, is it possible to tint the joint compound to the color you want before putting it on the canvas so that you don't have to paint it?
Great video and great song choice as well
I really love all of these ideas but number 3 was my favourite I love the finished product and so glad I came across your channel instantly subscribed thankyou for sharing these ideas ❤
❤❤❤
Love this tutorial, thank you!
I've just stumbled on your channel, and I love it. I really loved this wall art DIY's. I have a large frame with no glas, and diy#3 will be perfect for that. 🤩🤩
Как называется эта красота?🎉
So nice
The measurements for plaster and water ?
Didn't the underneath stick to the paper below?
I've done a similar project to number 3 but on new canvases and the weight of the spackle makes the frame warp so it doesn't sit flat to the wall, using the back of an existing frame is so clever as it won't bend. Especially if you're sourcing old frames from thrift shops. It's more resourceful, cheaper AND more effective. I'm inspired to do more now 🙂
Großartig. ….mir gefällt jedes Bild 💪💛💛💚💙💙
What a masterpiece❤ Thank you for inspiring us. Gonna try them all soon.

Such a great video. So relaxing and soothing. You did an amazing job on these pieces. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this and the dog is so adorable and well behaved.
It’s been 5 day since I tried to recreate the 3rd one. It’s not easy at all. You should be more precise on what to use.. which plaster? Which support..
