The sun never says to the earth,
"You owe Me"
Look what happens with
A love like that.
It lights the Whole Sky"
That was so so good! ❤❤

Dear Adrienne, When you were saying let go of what no longer serves you and right at the end when you said namaste, I was overcome with emotion and balled my eyes out. I was holding on to a lot and this video helped me release a lot.Thank you so much for all you do.
5/12/23: a slow, relaxing practice! great for the afternoon after a busy day of work or school. the sun was streaming beautifully through my window, and the leafy, green tree was the perfect view to accompany this practice!

DAY 4 of Bloom…a day late. But my hips have been giving me problems, so this was definitely needed!
I’ve been watching you for 2 months almost. Thank you for all your help ❤
I'm in love with this practice ❤
Day 65 of the current run – ended up sleeping in this morning, so this became an evening session for me. Works really well as one, about to take a soak with a glass of wine to finish unwinding.
This was a very welcomed practice today. It felt great! Thank you for BLOOM Day 4.
Great practice after chasing dandelions and other garden work the past few days. Really soothed my lower back. Your singing at the end was an added bonus and brought a big smile – only at YWA!
Day 4 complete my sister and i liked it this time. 05/04/2023
Day 4 of May ❤️🙏🏼 day 794

May Day 4! I knew it was going to feel amazing when we finally got to lay flat on the mat but I was not prepared for the amount of back pops I was going to have! 😂 Felt even more amazing than I thought it would. Great practice.
Some days I feel so grateful for the the ability to do yoga, and this practice was one of those days. Felt very 'yummy', thank you Adriene!
Omg. The eagle legs. Gonna have to remember that one.
Bloom day 4! Feeling great after this practice)
Thank you, Adriene and YWA community🧡🧡🧡
Lovely practice , leaving everything behind and planting new seeds ❤❤ thank you Adriene
Blessed Beloved Beauties! It is so sweet to return to this session for Bloom Day – 4. I always appreciate a back support practice. Often, tension resides in the back during stressful times. I choose to leave the stress on the mat and permit it to transform into something positive. Ironically, I spoke of my late Father, Barry, and late Big Brother, Marcus, in my previous post. I thought of them during my practice when Adriene instructed the swimming posture, which felt really good. By-the-way, my Dad tried to teach me how to swim at age 13, and I didn't want to get my hair wet, lol! 😂 He said, "Put your head under the water and hold your breath." It is still a goal today in his honor. I recall my Big Brother swimming at a local pool during a family outing, and he dove in 12 feet trying to show off. Life guards had to assist him. Thank God he was okay. I think of those precious memories of them and smile. 😊
Loving the Bloom playlist. And Adriene, achieving the "inner smile" is super easy after I just sang out "..ALL NIGHT". I know I'm not the only one. LOL!! I'm gonna rock with you, with myself, and with anyone and everyone. 🤘🏼
Thank you so much for this practice Adriene. Thank you everyone practising with me!
I did this practice outside today, and it was the perfect one for it! Nice and gentle so that I didn’t worry too much about feeling self conscious!
