I hurt my back yesterday and I’ve been in pain since. I tried ibuprofen, a heating pad and some bio freeze and nothing really helped. I used to practice yoga about 3 years ago but I moved somewhere that is hard to find a good class. I thought I would try to find a yoga video for back pain and try it today. I came across you and did two of your videos. The pain is almost all gone now. 🙌🏻. I’m glad I found you here. I can’t wait to do other videos of yours. 💜
She's so funny! 😊💕
Every time I stop yoga for a while I regret it. I always come back to Yoga With Adriene. She has the best classes and always something that makes you feel so much better. Thank you so much.
Today when I went to child pose my feet went to muscle spasms what can I do about that in the future thank you for your videos
Shake, twerk, breathe. Got it!
Thank you so much for this. I get so impatient whenever I try yoga especially when I have to follow a video. Honestly, the first ten minutes were difficult as I just wanted to do be done with everything quickly. But your words kept me going and this is the FIRST time that I didn't forward/speed through the video and followed it through till the very end until the next video started to play. And my back feels sooo much better. Thank you, really.
Please consider my comment…coming from a 50+ person.. usually people in this age range..also with back pain cant do downward dog or anything downward. Often…wrists, hands , arms, etc…give out and its either too tough or downright risky to do. . I see so many videos with downward dog. Theres so many other safer and easier ways to stretch the same areas for older people… thanks❤
WHAT IF WE WANT TO DO IT WITHOUT YOU FOR THE LOVE OF GOD
Your directions suck to be frank im TRYING TO DO THE YOGA while you are doing it SINCE you don’t just explain what to do AND TOU YOU DONT EXPLAIN IT RIGHT
