What’s old is new again! My newly built ‘95 house had picture frame molding on the living room walls. At first I thought it was great but it became a real problem for hanging art. Think about that before you install it.

Just painted my fireplace black over the weekend. I was so nervous but I have to say it’s stunning. My husband was furious with me as I was doing it but he now can see how beautiful it is. I have a big picture that is bright that says “ you are my sunshine “ I printed off pictures of our kids and grandkids put them in black frames. It’s the perfect picture gallery. I wished I’d done it years ago.

I painted dark paneling on 1 wall in the family room the same light color as the walls. Really refreshed a 70s decor house we bought.
She evidently never remodeled the house dating from earlier than 2000. I guess she's just looking for nice 30 minute shows, but she does not give you nearly enough information and all the headaches you're going to run into.
